Your gift can open up a new world to Deaf-Blind people throughout North America and beyond. Through your contribution to the Seattle Lighthouse Deaf-Blind retreat, you can help Deaf-Blind individuals take part in this exceptional experience.

Your gift will help a Deaf-Blind person learn leadership and self-advocacy skills, get support from peers in a positive environment, and have complete access to communication and information. For many Deaf-Blind people, this will be their first time in a totally accessible communication environment.

We need to raise $923 for each person attending the retreat. Your gift, of whatever size, will help us meet this goal and provide essential services. For example:

• $20 buys ropes to provide a special guiding system for Deaf-Blind people throughout the campsite
• $32 provides transportation to and from the retreat for one person attending this year
• $84 provides one week of meals for a retreat attendee or volunteer
