Programs and Services

Vocational and Rehabilitation Services
Our services include programs for people who are blind, Deaf-Blind and blind with other disabilities. The Seattle Lighthouse is the largest employer of Deaf-Blind people in the United States. Employees are active in quality assurance, accessibility and training.

Manufacturing and Service Capabilities
Our customers include Boeing, the Department of Defense and the United States Postal Service. The Seattle Lighthouse is one of the top 50 manufacturing companies in the Puget Sound area.

Computer Training Programs
Lighthouse Training Programs are offered by the Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc., with the support of Washington State Department of Services for the Blind. They are designed specifically for adults who are blind and visually-impaired. These courses of study emphasize the computer, the skills and the adaptive technology needed to gain employment.
